About Us
The mission of the Leadership and People Club (former "People Strategy Club") is to provide the LBS community with opportunities to explore and unleash their true leadership potential by discovering and developing people management skills. Objectives: 1. Skill Development - Create a safe space for the LBS community to develop and practice leadership and people management skills through various speaker events and workshops. 2. LBS Partnerships - Build stronger ties and work in tandem with the LBS Leadership Institute and Organisational Behaviour faculty. 3. Community and Pathways - Engage and support a community of passionate people-people through fostering connections and networking and creating awareness of people strategy careers.
