Driving Successful Corporate Transformation

The Leadership & People Club (LPC) is pleased to invite you to an evening keynote and fireside chat featuring Yuzuru Ohashi and Michael Knott.

In this session, Yuzuru Ohashi will deliver a keynote addressing three core themes: the challenges and difficulties of corporate transformation, selected case studies that highlight how transformation unfolds across different cultural and organizational contexts, and how next-generation leaders should prepare themselves to lead transformation in complex settings. The keynote will draw on his extensive experience advising senior executives across industries and regions.

The discussion will continue in a fireside chat with Michael Knott, where these themes will be further explored through dialogue, reflections from European and UK-based engagements, and interactive discussion with the audience.

This event offers a valuable opportunity for LBS students to:
- gain a practical understanding of what corporate transformation looks like in reality, beyond frameworks and theory
- deepen their understanding of how management consultants work with clients to lead and drive transformation

About the Speakers
- Yuzuru Ohashi is a Tokyo-based Managing Partner at Roland Berger. He provides support to many business leaders – across manufacturing, high-tech, petrochemicals, IT and more – in maximizing success in their projects such as with growth strategies, overseas business strategies, M&A strategies, marketing strategies, business process reengineering, cost reductions and IT strategies.

- Michael Knott is a London-based Managing Partner at Roland Berger. Michael has 30 years of TMT (Telecoms, Media & Technology) experience and 22 years as a Partner.
Michael has extensive history with providing investor transaction support as well as leading strategy, performance improvement, and business transformation engagements for corporations across the TMT sector.
